This Privacy Policy applies to fmca.ae (the "Site"), operated by FMCA ("FMCA", "we", "us"), an accounting, tax and advisory practice with offices in Dubai, UAE and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It explains what personal data we collect through the Site, why, and the rights you have over it. It does not cover data handled under a separate signed client engagement letter, which is governed by that agreement.

We use the information collected to: respond to consultation requests and enquiries; understand and improve how the Site is used; maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site; and meet legal or regulatory obligations where applicable. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some features of the Site but will not prevent you from browsing it.

Contact form and enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, unless a longer retention period is required by law or you request earlier deletion.
